One of the responsibilities and goals of a HOA is to work to maintain property values of a community, as well as to aim for increasing those property values. To do that, HOA’s have set rules and regulations for how prop-erties in the community should look and what homeown-ers can – or cannot – do with their individual townhomes and our community properties! When a homeowner moves into a townhome community, they agree to these rules known as Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R). The community homeowners elect other homeowners to the HOA Board to uphold the
responsibilities of maintaining the rules and regulations and maintaining the uniformity of the community for the economic and aesthetic benefit of the community as a whole.
