These governing documents are the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s), Bylaws, and Resolutions that determine rights or obligations of homeowners and renters or that otherwise govern the management of the association. These governing documents were put in place by the developer of Huntington Woods to protect us and uphold the value of our homes. Resolutions were adopted by the Board of Directors to clarify the original documents. You should have received copies when you took possession of your home. If you did not, you can download a PDF copy here, along with the latest copies of our policies and rules, as well as resident forms.

Please note: Our resident forms our now editable on your computer. Here’s how to fill them out.
1. Read each section slowly. Take your time.
2. Each field that has a light purple color can be filled in or checked.
3. Click on a box. If it is a check box, a checkmark will appear. To remove a checkmark, click the box again. If it’s a text box, you can start typing your answer.
4. Move to the next box by pressing the Tab key or clicking the next field.
5. Review your answers to make sure everything is correct.
6. Save the form when finished: Click File → Save As in the top left corner of the program you are using to view and fill out the PDF. Choose where you want to save it (for example: Desktop).
