NOTICE
For the next several weeks, Duke Power will be in our community replacing some power lines. Currently, they are having underground utilities marked.
SAFETY NOTICE
As a safety precaution, the HOA Board has voted on and passed a Resolution to NOT
allow fire pits in our community. Our buildings are wooden and would easily catch fire if an ember floated up to the buildings.
Also, when using grills, be mindful of how close they are to the building. Never use a grill right up next to your unit.
