TERMITE INSPECTIONS ARE DUE. It is time to renew your termite inspections. Please send the results to me at 1721. Thank you.
We are working as fast as we can to get all the repair requests taken care of, please be pa-tient with us. The decks at 1712 and 1713 are now complete. The retaining wall at 1712 has been stabilized and the drainage issue has been handled. Skylights are being installed on unit 1724.

LANDSCAPING
Fall is beautiful, but leaves are falling and the leaf piles will only get bigger before the City starts picking up in the NE section of town. Please be patient as the Landscaper will try to keep leaf piles out of the roadways as much as possible. Do not put sticks or dead plants from flower beds in these piles. Bag all debris in clear plastic bags or put in the dumpsters. Put sticks in a pile at the dump-ster. Thank you.
