LANDSCAPING
Upcoming Lawn Plugging and Overseeding
The HOA Landscaping Committee is pleased to ann-ounce that lawn plugging and overseeding will take place throughout the community during the upcoming week. This service is intended to help improve lawn health, fill in thin or bare areas, and promote stronger grass growth.
Crews may be working in different sections of the community throughout the week, so please use caution around landscaping equipment and newly treated areas.
If conditions are dry, residents may water their lawns to encourage seed germination and growth. Please water lightly and consistently, avoiding excessive watering or runoff. Newly seeded areas should remain moist but not saturated. Residents are also encouraged to follow any watering restrictions that may be in effect. Please help protect the newly treated lawns by avoiding unnecessary foot traffic and keeping pets away from work areas whenever possible. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to maintain and improve the appearance of our community.

POOL
The air is getting crisp which means the 2026 pool season is almost over.
It looks like we will have one last hot hurrah. With this forecast in mind, the last day of pool operation will be Saturday, October 3rd.
I hope that everyone enjoyed the pool this season as we look forward to the next.
