LANDSCAPING
As the days grow longer and temperatures begin to warm, spring is the perfect time to refresh and enhance the beauty of our neighborhood. On behalf of the Landscaping Committee, Joy Everett, Jerry Duckworth, and myself, we’re excited to welcome this vibrant season of growth and renewal.
Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice seasonal updates throughout our common areas, including fresh mulch, colorful plantings, and routine tree and shrub maintenance. Our goal is to keep our community looking its best while promoting healthy, sustainable landscaping practices.
If you’re planning any landscaping changes, please remember to go through the approval process to en-sure consistency with community guidelines. To make your request, use the Landscaping Request Form and forward it to Carol at our management company, Thornburg and Associates.
