The Assessment will close this month at 100% received! Thank you to all homeowners who supported this effort. The Board can now focus on completing roofs (which will put us ahead of schedule), rehabilitation to buildings (including decks), and ensuring we have financial stability in Huntington Woods for years to come. As treasurer, my next area of focus is our 2026 Budget and how we appropriate funds (trees, pool, etc) so our homeowners have a beautiful and safe community.

POOL
We hope that everyone has been enjoying our community pool this summer. But we all know that with the cooling temperatures comes the end of the pool season. While we
always wish that we could keep the pool open, the timeline is dictated by weather and the knowledge of falling leaves to come. So, enjoy the pool over the next few weeks as we move toward fall.
