FINANCES
Huntington woods remains in a healthy financial position entering the second half of 2024. Revenues from the special assessment now exceed $75k, or >60% of our target. The Board is working on a long range forecast for the use of these funds and look forward to presenting our plan in a future public meeting. Due revenue is over budget YTD driven by general maintenance and tree work and we are looking for ways to minimize future exposure and drive budget savings. LANDSCAPING
All of our gutters have been cleaned out recently so hopefully we should have less spillover during hard rains. We are working on a plan to make sure that all trees and shrubs are cut off the roof line and that all bushes and shrubs are cut away from the siding to help preserve our buildings.
Thank you for your continued patience as not all landscaping issues and concerns can be cleared up immediately and take some time to resolve.
