Thoughts from the Board

WE LOVE DOGS!
BIG DOGS
LITTLE DOGS
MEDIUM SIZED DOGS

BUT!
WE DON’T LOVE FINDING THEIR POOP
WHEN WE WALK ACROSS THE GRASS
WHEN WE WALK ON THE SIDEWALK
WHEN WE WALK ON THE PAVEMENT

PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG;
THE DOG THAT WE LOVE!!
YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS
WILL LOVE YOU TOO!!

LANDSCAPING
The landscapers are now doing some winter cleanup, cutting back monkey grass, trimming a few bushes that can be trimmed this time of the year, and taking out some dead shrubbery. Probably sometime in late February or early March, they will put down pine needles in front of the buildings and mulch in the common areas. We use pine needles next to the buildings because some mulch can cause termites.
We’ve had a lot of rain, so please be patient for the removal of sticks and leaves behind the buildings. The ground is very soggy. The landscapers will get to these areas as soon as we have some dryer weather.
