Notes from the HOA President – March

Dear Neighbors,

It is an honor to be returning as your HOA President, and I want to begin by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to Steve Clark for his dedicated leadership during his time at the helm. Steve set a strong tone for our community — one grounded in the values that matter most to all of us: the safety of our neighborhood, the value of our homes, and the aesthetics that make our community a place we’re proud to call home. His commitment to those principles has left a lasting impression, and we are all better for it.

As I step back into this role, I want you to know that I have every intention of building on the foundation Steve worked so hard to establish. One area I am especially committed to continuing is open, consistent communication and the timely handling of community concerns. Your voices matter, and ensuring that issues are acknowledged and addressed promptly will remain a top priority.

To ensure your concerns are heard clearly and followed through with care, we ask that you direct all notifications and inquiries through Thornburg & Associates, our trusted management company. Using this process will allow Thornburg to document your concerns, open a conversation around your needs, and track the follow-through from our board team and committee chairs. It’s a simple but effective way to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every voice in our community receives the attention it deserves.

I look forward to serving each of you and working together to keep our community a wonderful place to live. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — my door is always open.

With gratitude and excitement for what’s ahead,

Sabina Hardy

HOA President
