From The Chairs

ARCHITECTURE

The refurbishment of Building 10 is now moving along. There was a delay waiting for the inspector to do the inspection of the decks. Work on the building should be completed with in approximately ten days.

Larry Miller, Chair

LANDSCAPING

As summer temperatures rise, our landscaping team continues routine mowing, trimming, and maintenance throughout the community. Residents may notice seasonal changes in grass growth and plant appearance as we move through the warmer months.

Please help keep our community looking its best by removing weeds from personal flower beds, keeping sidewalks clear, and watering plants as needed. We appreciate everyone’s efforts in maintaining the beauty of our community.

Thank you, and enjoy a safe and pleasant summer.

Lori Morrow, Chair

Notes from the HOA President – July

Dear Neighbors,

Let’s talk shop! One of the most demanding and consequential roles within our HOA is that of the Architecture Chair — a position that touches nearly every aspect of our community’s physical well-being. From reviewing individual maintenance requests to coordinating large-scale projects like roof replacements and full building over-hauls, this role requires an extraordinary level of organization, expertise, and dedication. It is, without question, no small feat.

The Architecture Chair oversees everything from day-to-day homeowner maintenance requests to the long-term planning that keeps our buildings structurally sound — scheduling roof replacements, managing contractor bids, and coordinating comprehensive building renovations both large and small.

We are fortunate to have Larry Miller serving in this critical role. Larry brings with him a deep background in construction that proves invaluable time and again — whether he is assessing the urgency of a repair, vetting a contractor’s proposal, or mapping out the timeline for a major project. His firsthand knowledge of how both small and large jobs work from the ground up means our community benefits from informed, experienced decision-making at every turn. We are grateful for Larry’s continued commitment to keeping our community safe, well-maintained, and looking its best.

Building the community and maintaining its foundations together.

Warm regards, Sabina
