Hi neighbors,
as your landscaping committee, we continue to be busy keeping our grounds beautiful and safe for our residents. As requests come in we prioritize them and add them to our current list of tasks that need to be completed, while of course staying within our budget. The safety of our residents and property is always a top priority. We would like for you to review the current landscaping contract so that you know the exact expectations of our landscapers.
PLEASE DO NOT ask Charlie, our landscaper, or his crew to perform a landscaping task for you individually. A copy of the lansdscaping contractal agreement of responsibilities for the HOA can be found here. Please send your personal landscaping requests in written form, using the Resident Request Form provided by the HOA, to a member of the landscaping committee. The request forms are on our website or at the community bulletin board.
We will assess the request and determine if it falls under the HOA’s responsiblities or if it is something that you, the homeowner, needs to take care of at your own expense. The maintenance of our grounds is a big job overseen by volunteers and we welcome any residents that would like to join the committee and help us out.
