POOL NEWS
We hope that all of you are looking forward to the upcoming swimming pool season. We are shooting for the opening to be right after Mother’s Day. I think that we would all enjoy it open earlier, but doing so is a mess be cause of pollen and things falling from trees.
Last year, we were able to purchase a cleaning robot, new umbrellas, and umbrella stands. We hope to continue this incremental upgrade to equipment and furniture through the savings realized by managing the pool’s operations by myself and Davis Bryant. As usual, the pool will be locked when not in use. Once open, we will let you know how to get a key if you are new to our community or have misplaced yours.
Let’s all have a fun, enjoyable, and safe Summer at the pool!

FINANCIAL NEWS
Happy Spring! HW is looking to close our assessment this summer and need our homeowners’ help to reach full recovery. Thank you (again) to those who’ve paid
in full and need those with outstanding receivables to remit.
As a Board, we do not want to execute any penalties for non payment (interest + fees) on our homeowners, though we will move forward if balances are not clear.
Our financial position is strong and your Board is exploring options to begin earning interest on our reserve, a new direction for HW (i.e. CDs or Money Markets).
