Hello Neighbors,
Living in a great community brings immense joy, especial-y in getting to know and care about our neighbors. As the Cheers song reminds us:
Making your way in the world today
Takes everything you’ve got
Taking a break from all your worries
Sure would help a lot
Wouldn’t you like to get away?
People are all the same
You wanna go where everybody knows your name.
Huntington Woods is that kind of place. While we cherish the closeness we share, it also means we feel deeply when a friend passes. This past month, we have lost some dear friends to time. We are grateful for the memories we have and share our deepest condolences with the families who have lost loved ones.
Another wonderful aspect of living in a close-knit community is the mutual care we have for one another. Your HOA Board is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, secure, and highly valued community—a place where everyone feels proud to call home. To enhance our safety, we need to control speeding. You’ve likely noticed new signs on our streets, strategically placed to help manage speeding. Please keep these signs in place to avoid the need for speed bumps.
We also need your help with recycling. Unfortunately, the improper use of recycling bins has cost the Association nearly $300 due to food and non-recyclable items being placed in them. We cannot sustain this additional cost each month. Please ensure only appropriate items go into the recycling bins, or we may have to remove them.
Looking ahead, we will continue our renovation and roof replacement program in the coming month. We sincerely thank you for your financial support through the assessment process. Together, we are making our community even better.
Steve Clark, HOA President
