Safety Notice!
As a safety precaution, the HOA Board has voted on and passed a Resolution to NOT allow firepits in our community. Our buildings are wooden and would easily catch fire if an ember floated up to the buildings.
Reminder: Grills
Also, when using grills, be mindful of how close they are to the building. Never use a grill right up next to your unit.
