Sometimes the question comes up of why do we have an HOA and what is the real purpose? Couldn’t we each as homeowners be responsible for making choices for
our units?
Huntington Woods is a shared ownership community of 85 units, 18 buildings and community property. So it is the responsibility of the Huntington Woods Association, Inc. (HOA) to oversee and help manage the shared ownership of the units, buildings and community property to help protect the rights of ownership of each homeowner and to help maintain the value of our property investments.
The HOA Board of Directors are committed to serving the community and meeting the HOA responsibilities as best we are able. We are committed to maintaining the
quality of life that residents of this community have enjoyed over the years.
Our HOA Board of Directors is a volunteer membership board and needs volunteers to fill the board seats, working to maintain the quality of life in our community.
There will be open seats on our Board in January, 2024. Please consider becoming a nominee to fill one of the
vacant seats.
